The AFOLUX 15" - 19" Intel GME965 family series (AFL9652 series) are powerful, ultra-thin (less then 80 mm thick), low power touch panel PC. The AFL-9652 panel PC are all powered by an embedded 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 or a 2.0 GHz Intel Celeron M 550 processor. The embedded processor is interfacedthrough an 800 MHz front side bus (FSB) to an Intel GME965 graphics controller and memory hub (GCMH). All systems support two 200-pin 400 MHz 2.0 GB DDR2 SDRAM SO-DIMM (system max. 4.0 GB). However, while the Core 2 Duo AFL-9652 variantis shipped with 2.0 GB DDR2 SDRAM, the Celeron M AFL 9652 variant is shipped with 1.0 GB DDR2 SDRAM. The IntelR GME965 GMCH enhances the viewing experience with the integrated Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) X3100 and the on-chip implementation of Intel Clear Video Technology.

All AFL-15C/17C/19C-9652 series have IP 64 compliant front panels.
The 15" model has a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution, a brightness of 350 cd/m2 and 262K LCD colors. The 17" and 19" models have 1280 x 1024 pixel resolutions, a brightness of 300 cd/m2 and 16.7M LCD colors. The contrast ratios vary from 700:1 on the 15" model to 800:1 on the 17" model and 1000:1 on the 19" model. All the AFL-9652 models feature 5-wire resistive touch screen technology facilitated by an onboard IC controller. A front panel OSD ensures adjustments to the monitor settings can be made easily and dual-display support ensures the system can be connected to other monitors.
The AFL-15C/17C/19C-9652 series features extensive I/O functions.
Dual redundant Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) LAN connections facilitate faster, more secure connectivity to external servers. Selectable RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 expand the range of compatible serial devices the system can connect to. A user selectable 5 V or 12 V pin on the RS-232 connector enables system designers to power serial devices directly from the RS-232 connector.
A hidden PIFA antenna is compatible with 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n wireless standards and operates at frequencies from 5.0 GHz to 2.4 GHz with data rates of up to 540 Mbps. An optional HSDPA module enables easier access to the Internet through a GSM network. A Bluetooth module ensures a variety of wireless peripheral devices including keyboard, bar code scanners and HSDPA modules can be connected wirelessly to the system.
