IPC2U Group announces a new low power SBC EP810

AXIOMTEK, is proud to launch a new low power EPIC form factor SBC, the EP810, which features the Intel® 852GM with ICH*4 chipset. The EP810 SBC supports Socket 479 for Intel® Pentium® M and Intel® Celeron® M processors running at 400MHz FSB speeds for convenient logistic and better CPU performance; it offers the alternatives of low voltage Intel® Pentium® M and ultra low voltage Intel® Celeron® M processors as well. Available in a choice of configurations and options, the SBC offers developers a robust and reliable platform to build on with the added benefit of being able to realize faster times to market for new products. It is an ideal for cost effective compact size single board computer which is with Socket 479 can easily adopt regular laptop Intel® Pentium® M and Celeron® M CPUs. This makes the system lower total cost of ownership (TCO) compared to other small form factor SBCs with onboard low power CPU supported only, and what is more, the EP810 offers a CPU option with ultra low voltage Intel® Celeron® M processor 1GHz onboard.

For wireless terminal applications, this embedded board supports Mini PCI Type III expansion socket for off-the-shelf modules in the market. Furthermore, the board offers a dual LVDS LCD display function.
